The sight and sound of the take-off was enough for me to be hooked on Flying Legends !
6 of the spitfires formatted and performed a series of formation passes, they then spilt up to perform the wonderful tail chase sequences, the sight and sound of this was awesome, so much so that the photography almost took a back seat.
The other two aircraft PS890 and MT928 performed a series of high speed opposition passes along the display axis.
The Hurricane and ME109 then performed a dog fight before the Hurricane was replaced by a Spitfire, its a shame that the ME109 didn't get shot down in flames so to speak.
An outstanding start to the show.
